The lyrics, "It's gonna take time, a whole lot of precious time" rings true when teaching the concept of time. This week the children have excelled in their learning and understanding of the very difficult concept of time. As the week progessed the children in Year 1 became confident in reading o'clock and half past times. In year 2 we have been reading times of five minute intervals. We made our own paper watches, showed time in our  sand and also played lots of board games reading different times. Parents, watching out - they now know when bed time is! Well done Lime Class, amazing work persevering developing a life skill.
