This month we have been getting to know some of the many books written by Mick Inkpen. His stories have really stood the test of time. My sons enjoyed many of his books, especially The Blue Balloon, and they are now both in their thirties! The children have painted some pictures modelled on Wibbly Pig Makes Pictures. I hope that you will be inspired to share some of his books with the children at home. I'd love if they would let me know which stories are their favourites.
