This term there has been a buzz of activity across Key Stage 1 as we planned and prepared an Afternoon Tea for our parents. The children developed formal letter writing skills by writing and posting letters to their parents inviting them to attend an Afternoon Tea of delicious treats prepared by the children. In DT lessons we tasted jams and baked jam tarts. It was a wonderful community event where families came together to witness and celebrate all the hard work of the children.
