St. Louis at Shepreth Wildlife Park
Holly and Cherry class enjoyed an exciting Educational visit to Shepreth Wildlife Park. When we arrived we had a talk from a zookeeper about habitats and adaptations. The children learnt about vertebrates and invertebrates, and herbivores, carnivores and omnivores. The children then had a few hours to explore the park in their groups. The children saw meerkats, otters, tigers and parrots amongst other animals. We all sat down for lunch together on the green, and the heavens opened! But the rain soon cleared up, and we all enjoyed the rest of the afternoon before heading back to school on the coach.
