Complaints Procedure

If you have any reason to feel dissatisfied or concerned with any aspect of the school, please feel free to discuss your feelings with the Headteacher and other appropriate members of staff. If, however, the issue cannot be resolved in this way, you may refer to the Governing Body of the school for further discussion by writing to the Chair of Governors, in a sealed envelope marked Private & Confidential care of the school.

As a final resort, parents also have access to representatives from the Diocesan Schools’ Commission who will formally consider the complaint.
